Features

Less re-typing. Fewer spreadsheets.

Enter an order once. Everything downstream is built from it.

The paperwork writes itself

One click writes a bill of lading for every shipment that week: ship-to, PO number, products, cases, weights and pallets, all from the order. Pallet tags come with it, and invoices are built from what was delivered at each customer's own prices and terms.

  • Bills of lading and 4×6 or 6×9 pallet tags
  • Certificates of analysis from the day's production log
  • Invoices as PDF and email, with anything not yet billed listed until it is

Plan against what's really on hand

The weekly inventory grid starts from your last physical count, adds what was made and received, and takes away what shipped. The production plan turns the next two weeks of orders into batches, then into the produce, ingredients and packaging still to buy.

  • Shortfalls show up before they happen
  • Purchase orders to vendors, received into on hand
  • Recipes and yields drive every ingredient amount

Know your numbers

Sales by customer, product and week, with price, cost and margin per unit. Production made against ordered, supply orders, co-packer runs and payments received, each built from the records the team already keeps.

  • Cost of goods from your recipes and dated prices
  • Customer payments matched to invoices
  • Filter by week, month or year to date

Your team, on their phones

Production staff clock in and out from their phones. Merchandisers who work in your stores get their shifts scheduled by store and see them on their phones. Hours, pay and bonuses are tracked in the same place.

  • Time clock with pay and payments
  • Store shift scheduling with calendar invites
  • Roles for admins, ops managers and production managers

Every customer, every DC

Retailers with many distribution centers, and a PO number on every line.

Your brand and private label

Sell under your own label and make product for other brands from the same plan.

Made in-house or co-packed

Run a line you make yourself next to one a co-packer makes for you.

Phone-friendly

Built for the office and the production floor, on any screen.
